A vehicle crashed on the construction axis Kardhiq-Delvinë 200 m away from the Skërficë neck tunnel.
The vehicle went off the road and overturned a few meters on a steep terrain. The driver of the vehicle and the two passengers are injured but are not in danger of death.
All three are US citizens and are believed to have confused the road due to the lack of signboards.
This axis is under construction and the passage of vehicles is not allowed, however, the advancement of works allows the vehicles to cross a segment of almost 15 km of asphalt.
They have called for help over the phone and currently police vehicles and ambulances are going to the scene.
Although without serious consequences this is the third accident recorded on this axis in recent weeks.
