Four people have fallen into the hands of the Tirana police after they were caught exercising illegal activity in the field of gambling.
As part of the police operation codenamed “Four”, the following were arrested in flagrante delicto:
– AS, 23 years old, for the criminal offenses “Organization of illegal lotteries” and “Making available premises for illegal games”.
Citizens AH, 27 years old, were also prosecuted for the criminal offense “Organizing illegal lotteries” and FD, 28 years old for the criminal offenses “Organizing illegal lotteries” and “Production and sale of narcotics”.
They were found exercising the illegal activity of gambling, in the premises of the premises owned by the citizen AS, in Kashar, who had made the premises available for the exercise of this illegal activity. During the physical search of the citizen FD, the Police services found and seized as material evidence a quantity of suspected narcotic substance of the type cannabis sativa.
Citizens were also arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses “Organizing illegal lotteries”, “Making premises available for illegal games” and “Hiding income”:
– KB, 31 years old, owner of a restaurant on “Hamdi Cenoimeri” street in Kombinat;
– AB, 46 years old, owner of a restaurant in Rruga e Xhepëve;
– L. Sh., 62 years old, owner of a restaurant near Pocket Lake.
They were found exercising illegal gambling activity in the premises owned by them, who had made them available for exercising this illegal activity.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District, for further procedural actions.
