On 25.07.2022, on the Morinë-Kukës highway, in the village of Morinë, citizen IM, driving a “Volkswagen” type vehicle, lost control over his direction and collided with the traffic divider.
As a result, the driver of the vehicle, citizen IM, 40 years old, resident in the village of Shtiqen, was seriously injured and died during transportation to the Trauma Hospital, Tirana.
His wife, a citizen of AM, 36 years old, was also injured, who after receiving treatment at the hospital in Kukës, left the apartment, out of danger to her life.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Kuka, for further action.
