The crisis in the DP deepened the day before, when the former leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, entered the blue headquarters to hold a meeting with the 29 members of the Re-establishment Commission.
He said that the members of the PD Provisional Commission, elected in the December 11 Assembly, will hold a meeting this Monday at the house of the Democrats, in order to discuss important problems of the future.

The National Council of the Democratic Party, on Sunday decided to dismiss the Chairman of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Edi Paloka and members of the presidency: Flamur Noka, Aldo Bumçi, Gent Strazimiri, Albana Vokshi, Oerd Bylybashi, and secretaries: Ervin Minarolli, Ivi Kaso , Belind Këlliçi and Ledina Mandia.

After the amendment of the Statute and the dismissal of the members of the party Presidency, the Assembly convened by Berisha will convene again to hold a referendum.
