Defendants: MG, DM, VF, FK, JD and LM, police officers, have committed the criminal offense of “Ill-treatment in the exercise of official duty or public authority”, according to the CCRK.
Defendants RS, MK and VZ, police officers, committed the criminal offenses of “Ill-treatment in the exercise of official duty or public authority” and “Minor bodily injury”, provided by the CCRK.

Defendant AH, a citizen, committed the criminal offense “Exercise of influence”, provided by the CCRK.
A cooperating witness is also involved in this criminal case.
The State Prosecutor has proposed to the Basic Court in Prishtina that the defendants be found guilty of the criminal offenses charged against them and punished according to law. The
