Ilirjan Celibashi, the head of the CEC has reiterated the call for political parties regarding the submission of lists of candidates for MP for the April 25 elections.
Through a Twitter post, Celibashi writes:
“I call on the electoral subjects to submit the candidacy documentation within the deadlines & not at the last moment. Assess the pandemic situation & enable the CEC administration to process / administer the documentation in accordance with the health protocols. ”
A few days ago, Celibashi stressed that March 8 is the last day to submit the lists and reiterated the call made by the US Ambassador, Yuri Kim, regarding the inclusion in the lists of persons with integrity and who meet the legal criteria.
“List of persons with integrity and who meet the full legal criteria.
There are still a few days left from March 8, which is also the deadline for submitting the lists of candidates for deputy for each district. I encourage political parties to choose candidates with integrity and who meet the legal criteria to be representative of Albanians. # 8mars ”, wrote Celibashi on Twitter.
