The director blames this on the difficult terrain leading to the forest, which has favored the author.
At the same time acknowledging the colossal damage that has been done to the forest by cutting down pine trees, he says that after many field inspections, the perpetrators were caught.

The director says that for this a tender was opened for 20,000 roots but it was canceled, as the subjects that participated did not complete the necessary documentation. It is no longer the right season for reforestation and the tender is expected to reopen in September.
