The Ambassador of the European Union in Albania, Luigi Soreca has received the title of honorary citizen for Vlora.
The title of honorary citizen was presented by the head of the municipal council of Vlora Migena Balla and was handed over to the ambassador by the mayor of Vlora Dritan Leli.
In his speech, Leli expressed gratitude for the assistance that Europe has given to Albania and Vlora. He explains that the title of honorary citizen came as an appreciation for the support given by the European Union in the implementation of infrastructure projects that are already being implemented in the municipality of Vlora. Leli also calls Ambassador Soreca not only an ambassador of Europe to Albania but also an ambassador of Vlora to the European Union.
In his speech Soreca expresses gratitude for the title and appreciation given by the municipality of Vlora as he shows his feelings and stories that connect him with this city Soreca also guarantees the support of the European Union for Vlora and Albania Support that will continue in the years future.
