Family crime is prevented in Tirana/ 40-year-old handcuffed, raped his wife and threatened his parents with a knife

Specialists of the Crime Investigation Section at Police Station No. 3, after the report received from the citizen R. Xh., that his son was constantly exercising physical violence against him and his wife, as well as threatening them with a cutting tool (knife), they immediately organized the work, capturing and accompanied to the Police premises, his son, citizen T. Xh., 40 years old, resident in Tirana.

Following the investigative actions, the citizen T. Xh. was arrested in the act, as it is suspected that, continuously, under the influence of narcotics, he has exercised physical and psychological violence against his parents and threatened them with a cutting knife.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court, for further procedural actions.
