A 27-year-old man with the initials AV, resident in the village of Gjinaj, Has, has been prosecuted, at large, after being filmed exercising physical violence against a working animal.
In the video posted on social networks, the young man appears to be abusing a donkey, and in connection with this action, he has been brought to justice for the criminal offense of “Animal Abuse”.
It is not known if the donkey was a pet or street animal, or the reason for its mistreatment.
