A fire has engulfed this afternoon the inert waste collection site of the city of Vlora.
They were not urban waste, but used tires, which made the black smoke cover a large area of the neighborhood “Kushtrimi” of Vlora.
This is not the first time that tires used in this area have been set on fire, adding to suspicions that the fire was intentional.
