Kohila, who has been wanted by the judiciary for more than three years, for involvement in the Habilaj drug trafficking gang and was found guilty in absentia in the first instance and sentenced to 8 years in prison after taking advantage of the remand cut.
The charges for which the former head of the organized crime department of the Vlora police was found guilty are related to drug trafficking in cooperation in the form of a criminal group for which he received 12 years in prison.
