After receiving the notification that in the premises of the regional hospital in Gjirokastra, a citizen was trying to steal a lot of money from the receptionist, under the threat of a solid object, the services of the Gjirokastra Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the “Eagle” Force, immediately organized work and thanks to professional and immediate intervention have made possible the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen AR, 34 years old, resident in Gjirokastra.
During the physical control, a plastic item (toy pistol) was found and seized as material evidence from this citizen.
Further actions were carried out by the specialists of the Crime Investigation Section at the Gjirokastra Police Commissariat, who made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen AR, for the criminal offense “Theft with violence”, which remained an attempt.
The materials in charge of this citizen were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Gjirokastra Court of First Instance, for further action.
