GREECE- A 62-year-old man accused of abusing a person unable to defend himself was arrested on Friday, February 19, by the police officers of the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors in Attica.
According to the information, the 62-year-old teacher maintained very good relations with the family of the minor victim and abused him for seven whole years, between the ages of 8 and 15, in his home.
The case was discovered after a complaint from the child’s parents. In some cases, it appears that other persons were present at the time of the abuse while the accused was committing the act at the minor child’s home and at his home.
The arrested person was sent to the competent Prosecutor and on Monday he will pass for trial.
