Racism continues to exist in the world, despite the fact that we live in the 21st century. He is also present in our country and one of the minorities that are discriminated is the Roma.
Singer Geni i Nishtulla, invited to “Albania Live” on Top Channel, said that he feels offended by the color of his skin from other citizens.
“When I came out I had Instagram and Facebook, but it did not happen to me, people are only offended on Tik Tok. People are not informed about Roma. They have influenced me a lot, it kills me emotionally, I am actually a Roma but I know how to speak, I know how to speak Albanian, I know how to speak English, I am also one of the artists of Albania. I am giving to Albania, what is it giving to me? Offenses ?! I will tell Albanians everything about Roma culture and wealth, that we are someone and not nobody. “I came here with my school, I came with my father’s money, my father invested for me”, said Geni.
Let us remember that Geni is one of the Albanian singers, who has also been compared to Atdheun e Për’puthen based on his appearance.
