For the young man, the Criminal College of the High Court, with the criminal decision of 11.11.2021, has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offenses “Destruction of property with explosives” “Threat”, “Disturbance of public order and tranquility” “And” Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition “, as it is suspected that on 19.11.2020, in Shengjin, in cooperation with another citizen (arrested in December 2020, in the framework of the operation” Explosive “), have placed cases explosive in a private entity object under construction, owned by the citizen L. The procedural materials were forwarded to the Lezha Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
