Jennifer Lopez says she is “fascinated” by the resurgence of romance with Ben Affleck: I could not have imagined (photos)

“I do not know if there were other people more surprised than what happened, except the two of us,” said 52-year-old Jennifer, laughing, in an interview on the British program The Ellen DeGeneres .

The couple, once known as’ Bennifer ‘, were one of showbiz’ most famous connections until before splitting in 2004 – only to suddenly reunite last year.

“Would anyone have imagined that the circuit would be completed and you would end up like this?” asked Jennifer interviewer Ellen.

“No, no one could have imagined it could happen. “It’s something wonderful,” said the singer of the once-famous hit ‘Jenny From The Block’.

Jennifer, who came to promote her new movie ‘Marry Me’, confirmed that she is in love with Ben.

She further revealed that she and Ben go to the bathroom when they need private time away from their children to talk or do something.

Jennifer has two 14-year-old twins Max and Emme with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony, with whom she maintains friendship.

While Ben has three children Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, nine, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Yesterday the famous couple appeared together on the red carpet of the movie ‘Marry Me’ in Los Angeles.

Ben was seen kissing his girlfriend during the appearance, as they hugged in front of photographers.

Their revived romance started in May last year.

JLo and Ben had planned to get married in 2003 but they initially postponed the marriage and in 2004 they broke off their engagement.

In 2008 Ben reflected on their relationship: “They think Jen and I made the mistake of falling in love. “We could not have foreseen that he would take us to another world.”
