Bledar Selmanaj, the suspected perpetrator of the murder of Xhuljan Bullari, tried to escape from the prison hospital in Tirana where he was being treated.
Selmanaj was arrested in the Bllok area in Tirana. The murder of 25-year-old Xhuljan Bullari took place in Babica, Vlora. The young man was executed with a bullet in the head, while Selmanaj had previous acquaintances with the victim who is suspected of killing him for poor motives the night before the lifeless body was found inside the vehicle type “Fiat Punto”.

Several clothes were also seized, which are suspected to have been used by the perpetrator during the murder, as well as 1 mobile phone.
Salmanaj was not an unknown name for the police as he was convicted of a series of thefts in different cities of the country, Tirana, Fier and Vlora. The items he stole were sold in stores, so he was convicted in 2012.
