The Special Appeal Board has confirmed in office the judge of GJKKO, Etleva Deda, leaving in force the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission.
According to the KPA, no problems have been found in her property.
Etleva Deda started her career in the justice system in 2004 as a judge of the Serious Crimes Court. In 2010, Deda temporarily led this court as a commanding president.
With the merger of Serious Crimes, Deda moved to the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime.
