The Mexican cartel ‘Jalisco Nueva Generation’ is one of the most feared in the world of drug trafficking, as it has now started attacking its enemies using drone bombs, according to reports.
A private luxury jet has been seized by police after it was discovered it was carrying more than a tonne of cocaine, with an estimated market value of about $ 28 million.
The plane was found in Guatemala as it was allegedly flying with the Jalisco Nueva Generation cartel drugs.
He was dropped by Colombian prosecutors and U.S. federal anti-drug agencies. While the drugs on board are believed to have been produced near the Venezuela-Colombia border, the network reports LadBible.
The Gulfstream III aircraft was set up from a secret runway in Venezuela, but which consequently did not turn out to be as secret as the traffickers believed after it was tracked down by the authorities from there.
This is the second time this week that the cartel is in the pages of newspapers after earlier gang members were photographed dropping drone bombs on the camp of a rival gang.
Reports say some of the drones were shot down by armed gangs.
Reports say the cartel’s financial operations are directed at a woman, Rosalina González Valencia.
“Rosalina is the financial brain of the Jalisco Nueva Generation cartel and we believe it is responsible for laundering millions of dollars,” US officials said earlier.
“Rosalinda’s arrest will certainly have significant consequences for the cartel.”
“But if it cooperated in giving information to the Mexican government, it would greatly damage the cartel.”
