Mega operation with 28 detainees / Who are the convicts who collaborated with prison chiefs and police to bring drugs into the cell (Names)

These citizens are prison police officers, law enforcement officers, citizens, convicts, citizens and their families.

In close cooperation with the prosecution and the police, it was possible to prevent serious documentation of serious criminal events, the fight against corruption and other criminal phenomena.

The procedural materials were proactively referred to as a continuation of the criminal proceedings of several months ago, by the local police structures of Elbasan.

The criminal offenses against the detainees are “Narcotics Trafficking and Active and Passive Corruption of Persons Exercising Public Functions”, provided by Articles 283 / a, 244 and 259 of the Criminal Code, registered by the Elbasan Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office.

Following the investigation, evidence was collected and the involvement of citizens in active criminal acts was confirmed:

1-Hysni Ndreu, 50 years old, Head of Elbasan Detention Center suspected of the criminal offense “Passive Corruption of Persons Exercising Public Functions and Introduction or Retention of Prohibited Items in the Institution of Execution of Imprisonment Decisions”, provided by articles 259 and 324 / a of the Criminal Code, against which the measure of personal security “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

2-Gazmi Meta, 52 years old, part of the security group in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected of the criminal offense “Passive Corruption of Persons Exercising Public Functions, Exercising Illegal Influence on Persons Exercising Public Functions, Committed in Cooperation and the introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions ”, provided for in Articles 259, 245.1 and 324 / a of the Criminal Code against which the personal security measure“ Prison arrest ”has been imposed;

3-Elvis Gjoçi, 46 years old, controller in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code, against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed. ;

4-Gertjan Gjata, 48 years old, owner of a business within the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions, committed in collaboration”, provided by Article 245.1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, against which the measure of personal security “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

5-Gentjan Mino, 45 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected in the concrete criminal proceedings for “Active corruption of persons exercising public functions and introduction or keeping of prohibited items in the institution of execution of decisions with imprisonment ”, provided by articles 244 and 324 / a of the Criminal Code, against which the measure of personal security“ Prison arrest ”has been imposed;

6-Dardan Xhahysa, 24 years old, suspected of the criminal offense “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions, committed in collaboration”, provided by Article 245.1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, against whom a security measure has been imposed personal “Prison arrest”;

7-Mikel Gjella, 30 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected in the concrete criminal proceedings for the criminal offense “Active Corruption of Persons Exercising Public Functions”, provided by Articles 244 of the Criminal Code, against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

8-Klevis Deliaj, 27 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected in the concrete criminal proceedings for “Active Corruption of persons exercising public functions”, provided by Articles 244 of the Criminal Code, against which it is assigned personal security measure “Prison arrest”;

9-Genci Xhahysa, 41 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected in the concrete criminal proceeding for the criminal offense “Active corruption of persons exercising public functions, committed in collaboration”, provided in Articles 244 and 25 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

10-Ervin Velia, 32 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Elbasan Detention Institution, suspected in the concrete criminal proceeding of the criminal offense “Active corruption of persons exercising public functions performed in cooperation”, provided by Articles 244 and 25 of the Code Penal; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

11-Rigers Miha, 23 years old, suspected of the criminal offense “Active corruption of persons exercising public functions performed in cooperation”, provided by Articles 244 and 25 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

12-Kastriot Gjella, 54 years old, suspected of the criminal offense “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions, committed in collaboration”, provided by Article 245.1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, against whom a security measure has been imposed personal “Prison arrest”;

13-Enver Kasneci, 48 years old, suspected of the criminal offense “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions, committed in collaboration”, provided by Article 245.1 and 25 of the Criminal Code, against whom a security measure has been imposed personal “Prison arrest”;

Following the investigations of the Internal Control Service in the Prison System, part of the criminal proceedings of the Elbasan Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office, the involvement in the illegal activity of citizens was proven:

16-Aleksandër Llanaj, 31 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Detention Institution “Jordan Misja” 313 Tirana, in the special regime “41 Bis”, suspected in the concrete criminal proceeding for the criminal offense of “Introduction or possession of items prohibited in the institution of execution of decisions with imprisonment ”, provided by Article 324 / a, second paragraph of the Criminal Code and“ Organization or exercise of gambling activities in violation of the law ”, provided by Article 197 of the Criminal Code, to who has been assigned the personal security measure “Prison arrest”;

17-Delin Hajdari, 31 years old, detained for another criminal offense in IECD Drenovo / Korça suspected of the criminal offense “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions”, provided by Article 324 / a, paragraph the second of the Criminal Code and “Organization or exercise of gambling activities in violation of the law”, provided by Article 197 of the Criminal Code, against which the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

18-Leo Osmani, 28 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Penitentiary Institution Drenovo / Korça suspected of committing the criminal offense “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions”, provided by Article 324 / a , paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and “Organization or exercise of gambling activities in violation of the law”, provided by Article 197 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

19-Gazmir Braka, 50 years old, detained for another criminal offense in IECD Peqin, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions”, provided by Article 324 / a, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

20-Aleksandër Sinanaj, 35 years old, detained for another criminal offense in the Peqin Penitentiary Institution, suspected of committing the criminal offense: “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions”, provided by Article 324 / a , paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

21-Arben Grori, 51 years old, detained for another criminal offense in IECD Peqin, suspected of committing the criminal offense: “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions”, provided by Article 324 / a , paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

22-Aleksandër Alibashi, 31 years old, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of decisions with imprisonment”, provided by Article 324 / a, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and “Organization or exercise of gambling activities in violation of the law ”, provided by Article 197 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

23-IB, 42 years old, former employee in IECD Drenovë / Korçë, suspected of committing the criminal offense “Introduction or detention of prohibited items in the institution of execution of imprisonment decisions”, provided by Article 324 / a, paragraph I the second of the Criminal Code and “Passive corruption of persons performing public functions”, provided by Article 259 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

24-Veli Bici, 61 years old, police officer in IECD Peqin, suspected of having committed the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

25-Robert Dedaj, 62 years old, former police officer and currently self-employed as a private detective suspected of having committed the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code, against whom a personal security measure has been imposed. Arrest in prison ”;

26-Olgert Muça, 38 years old, police officer in IECD Drenovë / Korçë, suspected of having committed the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

27-Artan Dulillari, 55 years old, police officer in IECD Drenovë / Korçë, suspected of having committed the criminal offense “Abuse of duty”, provided by Article 248 of the Criminal Code; against whom the personal security measure “Prison arrest” has been imposed;

During the execution of investigative and procedural actions and the execution of court decisions for the security measures of persons implicated in various criminal offenses, 4 million ALL were seized as material evidence.
