– ED, 29 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense “Coercion through threats or violence to give property”.
During the investigative actions, it turned out that the citizen ED had taken the passport of the 19-year-old girl, whom he blackmailed to give him certain amounts of money, for not publishing some videos that he had.
