Richard Sandrak was known in his early youth as ‘Little Hercules’, but now has a young physique which makes him unrecognizable from the time he was crowned ‘The Strongest Boy in the World’, 18 years ago .
Child ‘bodybuilder’ Richard Sandrak had an incredible physique from the age of eight.
The little one had developed muscular abdominal muscles and arms, and was even able to lift his body weight three times during exercise.
Richard also managed to become a karate master and was proclaimed the “World’s Strongest Boy” but his parents were rightly subjected to harsh criticism of abuse and ignorance, as his 11-year-old body contained only 2% fat, which could have been fatal to him.
Medical experts questioned by the LadBible network say a child of that age could not produce the hormone testosterone to build those muscles so it was suggested that the boy had been given steroids.
Richard, meanwhile, cashed in on thousands of dollars a month with his fame, but later admitted he had an isolated childhood, stripped of his innocence and controlled by his abusive father Pavel, the network writes. A B C.
When the boy was 11 years old, his father was jailed for domestic violence against Richard’s mother, severing ties with them and fortunately the child stopped ‘bodybuilding’ training.
Richard is already 29 years old, and will not know about bodybuilding. The Ukrainian-American says he no longer misses training.
In an interview with the network Inside Edition, he says: “No, I do not deal with weights anymore. It became boring but I am still proud of the past. “
“I do not prefer people to know and I will not be stuck in the past.”
Now the man says he does not want to have to do with muscles but wants to become a quantum scientist with the space agency NASA.
