Four citizens have been handcuffed by the police in Durrës, for various criminal offenses.
Citizen B. Xh., 53 years old, resident in Kavaja, was detained, after the Court of First Instance of Durrës imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Violation of traffic rules”.
The specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Durrës Police Commissariat executed the decision of the Court to change the security measure from “Home arrest” to “Prison arrest”, for the citizen Dh. T., 33 years old, resident in Durrës, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”.
Traffic specialists at the Local Police Directorate of Durrës arrested in flagrante delicto the citizens:
VK, 39 years old, resident in Shën Vlash, Durrës, after being ascertained by the Police services, in the neighborhood no. 13, Durrës, driving while intoxicated;
AK, 26 years old, resident in Fushë Krujë, and the citizen F. Sh., 20 years old, resident in Fushë Krujë, was prosecuted, because yesterday, at 13:40, on the road axis Thumanë-Fushë Krujë, citizen AK , driving a vehicle type “Benz”, collided with a vehicle type “Opel”, driven by the citizen F. Sh., who is in hospital under the care of doctors.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Durrës Judicial District and the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kruja Judicial District, for further actions.
