Edi Rama was not expected to say anything but stale jokes with barren humor to escape the essence of the report: His government is corrupt in every cell of it and he has the power stolen and he himself is the head of this corruption.
Edi Rama should not be in government after a year, as it means again that the next report is a copy paste of last year.
The (big) fish has burst the square in time, and the world is stinking! Like trash around incinerators. Mankind has closed its noses, while Rama has closed its eyes!
