The 43-year-old Venezuelan is a make-up artist, but also an extremely dangerous sniper. “I feel I was born for this, and if I have to die in battle, I’m ready,” said Ismaira, who is part of the “Militia”, a civilian paramilitary force attached to the Venezuelan army.
