Talks between the two delegations, Russia and Ukraine, have ended in Belarus and the parties have returned to their capitals for consultations, Mikhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, told reporters.
“The two delegations held the first round of negotiations. Their main purpose was to discuss the ceasefire and the end of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. Delegations have returned to their countries for consultations, while agreeing on another round of negotiations”.
At the last moment three large explosions were heard in Kiev.
