A group of professional assassins has been destroyed as part of the finalization of a police operation codenamed “Storm”.
In a statement to the media, police said five people have been arrested, two others are being investigated and one has been declared wanted.

The citizen Erion Mulaj, 30 years old, resident in Durrës, was also arrested in flagrante delicto.
Citizens MM, 67 years old, resident in Durrës and EV, 30 years old, resident in Kurbin, were released.
Also, the citizen Shpetim Kraja, 35 years old, resident in Shkodra, was declared wanted, accused of theft.
It is learned that two attempted murders have been uncovered, two thefts of vehicles and theft of personal belongings and wallet of a citizen returning from Germany.
Police also seized various clothing suspected of being used to commit thefts, two stolen vehicles, stolen license plates, a shotgun, ammunition, 13 mobile phones and other stolen items.
As a result of the investigations so far, it turns out that these citizens, according to the police, in cooperation with each other, at different times and places, are suspected perpetrators of the following events:
– “Attempted murder of police officers” committed in collaboration, “Illegal possession of weapons”, “Disobedience to the order of a police officer”, an event that occurred on 14.01.2022, in Fushë-Krujë, suspected perpetrator whose citizens are Ibrahim Difaj, Shpetim Kraja and citizen EV
On 14.01.2022, in Qafë Kashar, the Police services made a stop sign to a vehicle, the driver of which did not stop and left in the direction of Fushë Krujë. In an attempt to leave, the vehicle collided with a curb and the persons in the vehicle came out firing at the police officers and taking advantage of the darkness, left and abandoned the vehicle.

– Theft of the vehicle type “Volkswagen Touran”, owned by the citizen JM, occurred on 25.01.2021, in the neighborhood no. 5 Laç, Kurbin. The suspected perpetrators are citizens Ibrahim Difaj and Shpetim Kraja.
