The secret service in Ukraine along with those of Western countries are trying to understand what is the Z sign written on Russian military vehicles.
On Sunday morning in the city of Belgorod on the border of Russia with Ukraine, the intelligence services photographed military vehicles, armored vehicles and tanks marked with the sign Z.
Belgorod is a few kilometers away from the Ukrainian border and the city of Kharkiv. Ukrainian media say it is not clear what the Z-marking of these military vehicles means, perhaps bad news.
Security analysts say Russia, backed by pro-Russian rebels, has already invaded Ukraine on a larger scale than Switzerland, the Netherlands or Denmark.
With the annexation of Crimea and the occupation of the Donbas Region in 2014 about 7 million people found themselves under Russian occupation.
