El Confidencial writes that it is about a 15-year-old boy, whose parents share opposing views regarding coronavirus vaccination. It is learned that the boy’s father is in favor of vaccinating him, while the mother is against.
“Given the scientific uncertainty regarding coronavirus vaccines and given the pre-principle that should guide any action, especially in relation to a juvenile, we must attribute decision-making power to the mother.“, Said the court.
