Specialists for the Investigation of Crime at the Gramsh Police Commissariat, following the work to identify and bring to justice the perpetrators of the arson, detained the citizen on his own initiative:
VD, 48 years old, resident in the village of Plepaz, after in the forest massif Prrenjas-Katerliz, a fire was started and as a result of the spread of the flames, a surface of bushes was burned.
Also, the Crime Investigation Specialists at the Elbasan Police Commissariat prosecuted:
-PT, resident in Valësh, as it is suspected that he lit a fire on his property and as a result of the spread of flames a considerable area of land (pasture) was burned;
-Sh. R., 47 years old, resident in Elbasan, as it is suspected that he lit a fire on his property, in the village of Guri i Zi, and as a result of the spread of flames due to the wind, a considerable area of land was burned;
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, for further action.
The Local Police Directorate of Elbasan appeals to all citizens, in no case to cause arson, as they will face the law. The police invite the citizens to report to the number 112 and to the Digital Commissariat, for any case of arson or illegality in its entirety, guaranteeing their anonymity and quick and impartial response.
