The meetings of French President Emanuel Macron in Moscow and Kiev have simply bought time but have not produced a solution to the tense situation between Russia and Ukraine. This is if we look at the latest statement of President Putin.
After two days of reporting from Kiev, Top Channel envoy, journalist Muhamed Veliu and cameraman Besfort Kryeziu have arrived in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, involved in fighting for defense and territory since 2014.
In the 12:00 news edition, Muhamed Veliu reported from Kramatorsk that it is under Ukrainian control, through checkpoints and a strong military defensive line.
The whole area reported Top Channel reporter is filled with Ukrainian flags to reinforce the fact that this is a Ukrainian land.
The rest of the Donetsk region is known as the so-called Donetsk National Republic, which is under Russian control.
The Donetsk region has a population of about 4 million people, who during these last eight years are awakened by powerful explosions at night.
Such residents, said Muhamed Veliu, are not at all impressed by the eve of the war between Russia and Ukraine, as they are at war.
This conflict in eastern Ukraine since the Russian occupation of Crimea has produced 14,000 casualties.
Putin has stated that if Ukraine joins NATO and tries to retake Crimea, then Europe will also be involved in this conflict.
In military terms there is a new movement.
Satellite images show that Russia has sent 6 warships transporting amphibious equipment.
These ships have already entered the Black Sea.
This suggests that part of a possible attack could also come from the sea, giving Russia the opportunity to use amphibious vehicles.
