The Deputy Speaker of the Kosovo Parliament, Enver Hoxhaj said that the Democratic Party of Kosovo supports the Open Balkans.

Prime Minister Kurti said no to the Open Balkans, not to the Berlin process, not to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, and my fear is that a region can be created where there can be two speeds, Serbia-Albania-Macedonia, Bosnia and Kosovo, while the Montenegrins do not support that they think we should not reintegrate with these countries. Kosovo has remained blocked due to years of border correction, manipulation of public opinion. We need to go to negotiations, coordinate closely with the Americans and not get into a debate.
