They are the same characters that block: Ilir Meta-Sali Berisha. Clearly the political race within Albania is thus divided. One group that needs to work, and another group that puts upside down, obstacles, blockages, excuses why something should not be done. Therefore, it is a great joy to see these projects being done now, but the question is why we have to leave three generations until their completion.
