Rr., 37 years old, resident in Saranda, after the Court of First Instance Tirana, with the decision dated 04.01.2019, imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”. The 37-year-old was handed over to the Police Commissariat no. 6 Tirana, for further actions.
