Meanwhile, in the municipality of Kurbin 1332 members vote, also near the Palace of Culture, while in the municipality of Mirdita 1124 members, in a building in front of the cathedral.<\/p>\n<p>The process has started in all centers since 08:00 in the morning and is continuing normally, without any delay or incident.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the voting process has started in all branches of the DP in the districts.
