A working dinner that precedes the Open Balkan summit held in Tirana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Under tight security, the President of Serbia had to travel directly from Rinas to Elbasan, not initially being accommodated in a hotel in Tirana as expected.<\/p>\n<p>This is due to the protest organized by Sali Berisha.  The last to join the dinner came Zoran Zaev.  Regarding the burning of the Serbian flag in Berisha&#8217;s protest through a comment on Facebook, Prime Minister Rama says:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The day I visited Belgrade, the capital of Serbia was full of Albanian flags and the hooligans who burned a flag were arrested by the police.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>While to the critics for the rapprochement of Albania with Serbia at the expense of Kosovo Edi Rama gave this answer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The truth is that in Belgrade I speak Albanian and I defend the interests of all Albanians and of course Albania;  the truth is that in Belgrade I asked in Albanian for the recognition of Kosovo by Serbia, right in the Presidential Palace of Serbia &#8220;<\/p>\n<p>The Open Balkans emphasizes that Edi Rama has nothing to do with Yugoslavia, that the dead are not resurrected, but only to the European Union.
