There is still a problem for fiscalized businesses and they are not being given solutions both from the legal and technical point of view. There are other problems that the administration itself is not fully prepared to use that system. The deadline for not imposing fiscalization penalties expires on December 31, 2021, but experts explain that an extension is needed to give more time to entities, something that according to them is also being considered by Finance.<\/p>\n

The extension of the deadline for the implementation of penalties has been requested by the business community, where recently it comes as a request of the American Chamber of Commerce as according to them the business is not ready yet.<\/p>\n
