Thus in a typical European Christmas party we find countless variations of the main course, side dishes or salads.<\/p>\n<p>If someone talks about a specific dinner for example &#8220;German&#8221;, &#8220;Greek&#8221;, or &#8220;Russian&#8221; Christmas, they are wrong. The main dish depends on where the focus is placed, on vegetables, fish, poultry, pork or beef.<\/p>\n<p>With the growing importance of vegetarian diets, meat slowly disappeared from the menu of many families for Christmas. Of the sea fish, cod is a priority.
