Under Berisha&#8217;s leadership, 5 parties have been created, under Lulzim Basha&#8217;s leadership 12 parties. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This party is factional and has lost the purpose for which it was created.  Practically, this party has become the hostage of the opposition trench and the longer it passes that the salvation of Albania is the DP and not the rotation, the longer Edi Rama will stay in power.  The DP has closed its historic and political mission.
