The lithium-ion battery factory of modern appliances, in the Skeleftea region has today launched its first products, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are marking a new chapter in European industrial history,&#8221; said the company, which is expected to produce power for 1 million electric vehicles a year.  Company CEO Peter Carlsson said the road to get here was long.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is only the beggining.  &#8220;In the coming years we will expand production capacity to enable supply throughout Europe,&#8221; he added.
