The worst situation is related to the spread of Omicron: if it continues at a rapid pace, projections predict that by February 17, the quota of 580 daily deaths will be reached. <\/p>\n<p>After an urgent meeting that lasted two hours, the Council of Ministers decided to approve at the last minute a new anti-Covid decree aimed at curbing the pandemic. <\/p>\n<p>Compulsory vaccination for people over 50 is part of these measures.
