The Prime Minister, Edi Rama, will personally welcome him to the Rinas International Airport at 09:00.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The president and his accompanying delegation will then travel to Kurbin to take a closer look at the fruits of Turkish state aid for reconstruction following the tragic November 26th earthquake. Two hours later, the Turkish President will visit the Et&#8217;hem Bey Mosque, which has been restored by the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA).  The restoration of this mosque, which is a cultural monument of the first category and which is part of the monuments that make up the historic center of Tirana, began in March 2018. This is not his first visit to Albania.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that in January of a year ago, the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama was received with great pomp by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara.  The Turkish Guard accompanied the Albanian Prime Minister from the moment of his descent from the airport to the Presidency.  It was Erdogan who greeted Rama the moment he got out of the car.
