How does Gazment Bardhi answer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"firstP\">\n<p>The General Secretary, Gazmend Bardhi has said that the Democratic Party is ready for the local by-elections.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bardhi made this statement before entering the headquarters for the National Council meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Top Channel journalist Elda Menga asked if they were ready for local by-elections, while Bardhi replied:<em> &#8220;We have always been and we are ready.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, yesterday, President Ilir Meta appeared at a press conference and said that he has started the procedures for announcing the date of local elections in those municipalities that do not have a mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Meta justified the delay in announcing the by-elections by waiting for a decision from the Constitutional Court, while announcing the immediate start of procedures by sending a letter to the CEC, asking for official information on vacancies in local government.
