The decision was made this morning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Serbian athlete is expected to be expelled from Australia, thus losing the right to participate in the Australian Open championship, which started on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Three judges have unanimously rejected his appeal, while suggesting that their reasoning will be published later.  The court decision does not seem to have pleased his fans.
