Sahara Desert is covered by snow (Photos)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"firstP\">\n<p>The Sahara Desert is covered in snow after temperatures dropped below zero.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>This is a very rare phenomenon in the largest desert in the world, where the maximum temperature has been 58 degrees C.<\/p>\n<p>Photographer Karim Bouchettarealized the photos as overnight temperatures dropped to -2 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>This is only the fifth time in the last 42 years that snow has been seen on the sand.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, this has happened in 1979, 2016, 2018 and 2021.
