He made the decree public on the official Facebook page.  Meta announced yesterday that the possible date for the local by-elections would be March 6.<\/p>\n<p>He consulted on the election with SP group leader Taulant Balla during a meeting Wednesday.  Local elections are expected to be held in 6 municipalities: Shkod\u00ebr, Vora, Durr\u00ebs, Dib\u00ebr, Rrogozhin\u00eb and Lushnj\u00eb.
