The court should have considered the case because the legal deadline has expired, but there may be a quick decision.  We are talking about a broad coalition, in no case will the majority of the DP and the people be left unrepresented.  Coalition with the opposition right.  If it is not represented, we will find a way, we are in talks, we will find the form.  We are in talks with the SMI and other parties<\/em>Said Ristani.<\/p>\n<p>President Ilir Meta decreed March 6 to hold by-elections.  The municipalities that have been left without a mayor are those of Shkodra, Vora, Durr\u00ebs, Rrogozhina, Dibra and Lushnja.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Vora, Durr\u00ebs, Rrogozhina and Dibra are run by appointed rather than elected mayors.
