{"id":22446,"date":"2022-01-26T16:42:56","date_gmt":"2022-01-26T16:42:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.imalbania.com\/kosova\/austria-removes-curfew-for-unvaccinated\/"},"modified":"2022-01-26T16:42:56","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T16:42:56","slug":"austria-removes-curfew-for-unvaccinated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imalbania.com\/kosova\/austria-removes-curfew-for-unvaccinated\/","title":{"rendered":"Austria removes curfew for unvaccinated"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"firstP\">\n<p>Monday marks the end of curfew for unvaccinated persons, which entered into force in Austria in November last year as part of the fight against COVID-19.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Prime Minister Karl Nehammer and Health Minister Wolfgang Muckstein briefed the public on the coronavirus epidemic.<\/p>\n<p>Nehammer stated that despite the rapid spread of the Omicron variant in Austria, it did not cause a serious increase in the number of patients in the intensive care unit and hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>Expressing that the events related to Omicron are being closely monitored, Nehammer said that from Monday 31 January the curfew for unvaccinated persons will be lifted.<\/p>\n<p>Health Minister Muckstein said up to 30,000 new cases of COVID-19 were registered each day.
