With this banner that read “Leave the Court, Return the Kanun”, the discussion of the High Judicial Council for the new judicial map started, in which judges and bar associations throughout the north were called. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The latter oppose the amalgamation of the courts because, according to them, the reform penalizes ordinary citizens.<\/p>\n

The Bar Associations in Lezha, Shkodra, Kukes and the judges request 3 Courts of Appeal. One to include the north, one to the south and another to Tirana.<\/p>\n
